Blend 3 is our traditional blend, which combines the 3 Nebbiolo clones we have growing at Pipan Steel Wines.  It takes the structure of Clone 7 and layers the perfume of Clone 9 with the savouriness of Clone 10, producing a complex satisfying Nebbiolo. Drink it with dishes as delicate as a broth through to rich slow cooked pork.
